The bridge towers stand 276 feet above the East River; it is constructed of giant Granit Blocks, Limestone and Steel Cables. It took 16 years to complete.  Today, 125,000 motor vehicles cross the bridge daily, as well as 4,000 pedestrians and 2,600 cyclists

The freedom Tower, of course needs little introduction. It is the most important building build in the early twenty first century. The 9/11 memorial and the observation deck are now open and are by far the number one tourist attraction in New York.
